Made to order

Every item is printed when you order it by our production partner, Printify, at facilities in the United States. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery times

• United States: 2 to 5 business days after your order ships.
• Canada and Australia: about 10 to 30 business days after your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order to a US address, with no minimum. Orders to Canada and Australia pay a shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address problems and lost packages

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once the extra postage is covered. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email support@plateapparel.com and we will help.

Customs and duties

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
