This website, plateapparel.com, is operated by Caminus Group LLC, doing business as Plate Apparel ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders

All products are printed to order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished product, and sizes may vary by up to 1.5 inches from the size chart. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product was listed at the wrong price; if we cancel after you pay, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is taken when you place your order. Sales tax is added where required.

Returns

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Artwork

All designs, text and images on this site belong to Plate Apparel and may not be copied or resold without written permission. Some artwork is designed with the help of AI image tools and finished by us.

Our designs are original artwork in the style of vintage license plates. They are not real plates, and Plate Apparel is not affiliated with or endorsed by any state government, motor vehicle agency or tourism office.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
